| Meeting customer requirements and customer satisfaction is the main goal for comp air inspection department, is obviously no exception to this. Quality checks are carried out at every stage of manufacturing, right from raw materials to finished products. Raw materials only from established and reputed source are procured. No raw mateirals without original test certificate is accepted. Even with original certificates. Random check testing is carried out to ascertain quality of material. Material moves erom one stage to next stage only after approval from quality control department. Proper tagging enables the inspector to co-relate the finished product, with raw material utilized and history of material can be ascertained at any stage. 100% check testing of finished product is carried out to ensure that the product meets the technical requirements of contract. No material leaves factory premises without clearance and certification from the quality control deapartment |
